I don't know who made it, but it IS EVIL!!!!! Here's a video of: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HMcvThAbDVU This guy makes it look easy. It is hell of hard. If you want to try it for yourself, you'll have to download an NES emulator and a copy of Super Mario Forever. It may be illegal to post links to those, so I'll play it safe and let you find them for yourselves.
So, discuss (and cuss, if you're actually trying it out) away.

I remember seeing this before.
Makes Super Mario The Lost Levels(aka Super Mario Bros. 2, the actually second game. Not the second one released here in the US) look pretty easy.
Edit: On a side note, at least it's only one world long.
