I don't want to go nuts with additional themes, I plan on having maybe four or five in TOTAL.  I have a red one installed right now, which needs some minor tweaks and I might dump at some point for a different one.

http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/ has a list of them, make sure it says version 2 (the part after the number doesn't usually matter).  Look at the screen shots, and copy the link to the theme and stick it in a reply in this thread and I'll check them out.

it's a bit much for me as well.  I'm probably going to install a maximum of three layouts, since they'll all need mods and I don't want to spend a lot of time maintaining custom themes.

SageGreyIs isn't too bad for those who want a darker layout, but not black.

BK-SMF-Dark-20B4 is red and grey with a little bit of black. Not too shabby either.

Anecdota is shades of blue and white for those who like blue.

Red It Random is my absolute favorite though! I like the grey with it and it is cooler on the eyes! 8) 8) 8) 8)

I changed my mind this morning Sorry Tam I went back to the "original color" just because my profile and everything else from on top was on the right side and I'm used to the picture of me being on the left side.

I also noticed when I changed the theme, the font size was a lot smaller. One of the reasons I went back to the default. But not the only reason.

I installed the rest of the suggested themes.  Let me know any thoughts and opinions on them.  The forum "slogan" won't be present, and the logo won't change color.  Otherwise, I think it should be mostly the same.

On the newly install Anecdota suggested theme(which I like the look of), "Show unread posts since last visit" and "Show new replies to your posts" cannot be seen.
