From 12 midnight to 6 AM CST it may be unreachable at some point for about twenty minutes.

So for me in the UK, that would be 6am to midday, I think?

I was wondering about that too when I saw the title of this thread.
For me in the Pacific Time Zone, that would be 10pm Saturday to 4am Sunday. I'll probably be sleeping for most of those hours.

Hosting company network upgrades... they say twenty minutes for traffic to propagate once they switch over to the new equipment, but you never now.
this notice seemed like a bigger than normal window, usually I don't bother to pass them along.
