Subject: Delayed Notifications?

A PM that was sent to me at noon yesterday just now showed up in my email. There's also lots of topics for which I have notifications turned on, and have new posts today, but I haven't gotten anything from them yet. Normally notifications are almost instantaneous.
Anyone else having this problem is it just me?
