In the PM section. where is the account and other info. like e-mail notification now ? I get none of that.

For email notification of new PM's, it is in the "Profile" section
click profile
click personal message options (on the left)
The last line on this page says "Notify by email every time you receive a personal message" with a scroll box
click always
click change profile
Now, if it is already checked and you still aren't getting notifications, could be a bug if the software was updated yesterday or the day before.
