Subject: Hanging Chads about to be punched out...
I hope Chucky gets some spare time to prop the boards up. The Hanging Chads forum is really getting bizarre!
Polls not calculating percentages properly, not knowing what's been read, last update times going nutty... :D

this is the first I heard of it. If it's truly hosed, I may have to close the polling until I get the new system setup (which has is built in, not tacked on, so it should be more reliable)
I have a friend helping me out with the site at the moment. He knows little about server and website management, but has plenty of time. I know a decent amount about this stuff, but have no time. Somewhere in the middle we'll figure it all out.

'sorright Chucky, don't sweat it! :)
Who couldn't love a poll where *every* response counts for 100%? ;D

??? I don't see any threads where this is happening... give me an example

Actually, I think it depends on when the poll was created.
I think newer polls (from last week-ish) are like that.
But (for example) the "Favorite Comic Strip" poll seems to have gotten stuck at 3 total responses. even though tehre are actually many more. So responses added after the glitch do not appear in the total count, but do appear in the individual item count. This can lead to such situations as a poll response counting for 5 out of 3 == 166%
With the newer polls, I think the creator's first response sets the counter to 1, and then everything else is an additional 100% :D
