I clicked on the 2000's board and got an error message:
An error has occurred!
Unable to open inthe00s.txt
What happened? ??? :o ::)

Howard was mistaken. The forum hasn't been available at all since this morning, unfortunately. :-/

it looks like the file the hosts the index for that board is totally toast. I had to restore it from a back up, and as a result lost about a month worth of messages. It's fortunate I had done a back up as recently as I had, otherwise it may have been worse.

I think the messages are still there, even if they aren't listed. If the search feature worked properly, they may be recoverable. I haven't had time to investigate it further.

It sorta works, but there's some kinda bug that prevents new responses from being shown. I've posted a thread in the forum that, miraculously, DID show up ;D
