It has been a bit of a problem lately. We apologize for the inconvenience. ChuckyG. will be pm-ing you as soon as he can. In the meantime, check your cookies and security settings. They've been the culprit in the past.

you probably didn't enter your email address correctly or something.. send me email with a new password and a list of the email addresses used, and switching to, and I can resolve it
