Subject: before the 70s,et all
:) ;) 8) :D You know how you have discussion areas 90s,80s,70s,and before the 70s?Why not have one on the 60s and 50s,too?That would really be cool because a lot of people here are curious about that era.Cheers!

The "Before the 70's" name should be self explanatory.
That forum covers any and all decades Before the 70's.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning that there was once a separate forum just for the 60's, and possibly one for the 50's, too.
There wasn't enough traffic for Chucky to be able to maintain separate space for them, so they were taken down for a while. Then when interest started up again, he gave us one forum to discuss everything that went on "Before the 70's".

actually.. I never created seperate boards, I just stated that if the existing board got too busy, I'd split it out.. and a quick look at the before 70s board shows very few threads started in it, so it's not really active enough to justify splitting into smaller boards..

8) :) ;) :D ;D :o :-*Really?it looked like a ton of threads to me,but I guess it's all relative.I'm just a lot more curious about the 50s and 60s.In the 70s i was a kid and had a lot of ugly polyester clothes--I see all kinds of 50s stuff in vintage stores that i wish i could have had.and I liked the music better,too!Cheers! 8) 8)
