Subject: Do you use Internet Explorer 4.0?

Someone is having problems with the "reply with quote" function on the messageboard, and I was wondering if anyone else was having that issue (and using 4.0 or maybe something else)

I guess I'm the only one with the problem then, Chucky.

I had trouble the other day at work. Lester would have to tell you what day it was. I can't remember now.
Lester, if you read this, it was the day you called. Remember the blank message problem?
If Lester reads this and can give you a date, will that help?

Our company recently upgraded our systems and we are now using Explorer 5.50 (.4807.2300). I don't know if it's explorer, my old computer, or the old settings, but my original problem has gone away and I can finally reply with a quote. :)

My old post with the workaround for this problem was wiped out by that hacker >:(.
I didn't realise it was so long ago I posted it :o
If anyone is still stuck, look for "e in the URL when you get the error message and replace it with "e

Sagnastian, is your browser showing the address bar? (Toolbars on the View menu?)
If it is, then when you try to reply with quote you will see something like (Example quoting your post )
http://www.inthe00s.com/cgi-bin/YaBB/YaBB.cgi?board=announcements&action=post&num=1007593715"e=7&title=Post+reply&start=0
when you get the error message like This topic doesn't exist on this board. 1007593715"e : 62.
I don't know anything about Netscape, but on my IE4.0, editing the line in the adddress bar, replacing the "e with "e corrects the error.
I hope this helps. :)
Please correct me if I have misunderstood what problem you are having.
