again, READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
http://www.amiright.com/parody/submitting.shtml
so far you've ignored two of them:
# No Adult content.
If your parody descibes sexual behavoir, it will not be added to this site. If your parody deals with sex, don't submit it. If you can't say it to someone 10 or older, don't submit it. I also don't post parodies which advocate domestic violence, or threats against individuals.
# No parodies about other parody authors.
No attack parodies please.
Keep ignoring them, or using the comment section to attack other authors, you'll find yourself banned. If you don't like our rules, you're free to post somewhere else. I'm sure StormFront would welcome some of your parodies.

I had to remove another, which I assume is just ProudAmerican posting as someone else anyways, advocating violence against people (ie. "I want to kill" or "So and so should be killed") is also against the rules.
so that's now three different guidelines. I'm guessing that following the rules is something you're not interested in, so I would suggest not bothering to submit in the future.

<< i kinda like the sound of "tia zedong." has a nice ring to it. >>
I don't know, it sounds suspiciously like the name of either a stripper or a porn actress.
Which, if true, would still make you more moral than the so-called Proud American, who should not be the former and is not, by any definition the Founding Fathers would recognize, the latter.
(This is usually the part where "Lurker" comes in and says, "Polack Mike, you ignorant lib fool, etc....")

that might explain why i like it.
it also could be another in that long line of kim jong il's less-than-stunning short-range missiles. "A test of north korea's new Tia Zedong II missile was cut short yesterday when it fell into the sea far short of its target..."
proud american might want to write a parody about riding a Tia Zedong missile all the way to the ground, while waving his cowboy hat in the air and letting out mighty, slim-pickens-worthy whoops and hollers. yee-haw!

Admins...please do not remove that parody; it is not an attack parody, nor does it describe sexual activity. Because that parody does not violate Chucky G's attack parody and sexual parody rule, it should be considered free speech, even though it is childish and offends some individuals' sense of propriety. Thank you.

NO. DO remove it please. Free speech does NOT give anyone the right to say rude, vulger and crass things that offend other people. Its like when I drive my car. Just because I choose what route to drive to my destination does NOT give me the right to violate stop signs, traffic lights etc. This parody is the same thing. It is DISGUSTING, pure and simple.

Well there is something else I have noticed. If a brand-new author submits his/her very first parody on the site, no matter how good (or bad) it is, it will not get commented on, and Im willing to bet that if one of the established authors (such as Michael Pacholek) wrote the same parody, it would get much more feedback and votes.

Yeah, it's pretty bad, but you know what you're ging to get with that author so if you read those parodies it must be because you want to.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this already but I'll say it again. There's an old joke about a woman who goes to court about young men swimming nearby without any clothes on. The judge gives a court order for the swimmers to go somewhere else so they don't bother the woman. They do so, and she complains again. The judge asks how can she see them when they're so far away, and she says she can still see them with her binoculars.
That's what this whole poomaster complaining business reminds me of

Yes, its all very well for you to stick up for poomaster and while I admire your courage for doing so, I also disagree with your comments.
Firstly, if you look at most of poomaster's parodies, virtually all of them have comments relating to how 'disgusting' and 'sickening' the parodies are. In his most recent submission, someone named LPGUnit even goes as far as suggesting poomaster sets up his own poo-fetish website, something that I agree with, as well as the other said comments.
Secondly, have you considered the fact that children and people with a sensitive nature may well also visit AmIRight? Do you think most parents will be happy for their children to be reading such filth on the internet? You are probably aware that most ISPs provide some sort of 'parental' control so that children don't access inappropriate websites. Here poomaster, (and a few other authors who I am not going to mention) are systematically turning AmIRight into a poo fetish website. When I first started visiting the site a few years ago I used to enjoy the varied content from authors. Yes some authors were good, some others were not so good, but at least there was hardly any trace of what is appearing on the site today.
Ok, at the risk of sounding like a hypocrite, some toilet humour is acceptable in small doses. Here poomaster is blasting out the same revolting stuff on quite a regular basis. To reiterate what I said above, its not just me who are finding this beyond a joke now, plenty of other people are. I don't know what turns poomaster on regarding what he writes and obviously I cannot stop him for doing what he does, but if he really wants to enforce his poo fetish on others, he really should set up his own website, complete with disclaimers and warnings. I stand by everything I say in this message.

The point Ethan is making is that if these parodies "sicken" you then don't read them. They are not difficult to avoid! Titles like Diarrhea and something about Brown, Stained and Poo are big giveaways as to the subject. ::) It is chucky's website and, like it or not, he has said that these parodies can be posted on the site. If you have an issue with that take it up with him.

There is the potential for people to be offended by anything...including the fact that a parody writer is trying hard not to offend people. If poo parodies get banned, what next? Double entendre parodies? Political parodies? Parodies making fun of a band that could offend that band's fanbase? You'd end up having to delete practically the entire site.
If poo parodies start making up over 20% of the submissions to amiright on a regular basis, then it might be time to worry. Otherwise, obsessing over them gives them more attention than they probably deserve.
I've worked with young children. They're quite familiar with "poopie" without reading parodies about it, and they're not going to be reading parodies anyway. Maybe some will by fourth or fifth grade, but kids get "corrupted" enough by other sources by that age that scatological parodies won't do them any "harm".
Poop fetish parodies don't belong here, but I haven't seen any of those. Are you sure that you know what a fetish is?

I liked the way you cleaned it up (naughty way) . . .But yeah, a fetish is a sexual attraction to something that as a general rule of thumb the majority of people would not find attractive. Some fairly common fetishes do happen to include Water Sports and Poo (which I'm sure are on Poo Master's List), they aren't on the top of the list for rare fetishes, there is a sock fetish out there and even one to Turtles . . .it takes all kinds, we all have some kind of fetish--wether it be Feet or Ears etc---I will not go into mine as it's probably not a good board for it. . .but I'd say "Eat My Feces" kinda gives away that it's a fetish.

This reminds me of the 'Medley' fiasco some time ago, where TSB was simply cobbling bits of other people's parodies together and claiming it was his. When I mentioned it on inthe00s it sparked a huge outcry.
Perhaps TSB has really bled the Lemon Demon topic dry, so he is turning into a plagarist now.

And Iranian Idiot won't be removed (though it's a pity to write something of that nature and NOT ENABLE COMMENTS)
I am a firm believer that if you are going to go out and post something that is clearly controversial, you should have the balls to take criticism from those that disagree. . .
but that said. . .
Iranian Idiot is an opinion based parody, and while some may be offended by it-it does not violate any rules. It is not a blatant attack parody on another author, it does not use outrageous or adult natured language, it does not use overtly sexual wording. . .there is nothing in that parody that would get it removed, which is why it hasn't been.
Not that I make those decisions, but clearly by the fact it's still there, it does at least to some extent also reflect what Chucky has to say about it.
If we removed every parody that someone found discriminatory or offensive, there would be NO parodies left, because someone will be offended by anything you could say whether it be PETA, Vegans, Fat People, Skinny People, People with Diseases, Straight People, Gay People, Transexuals, Blacks, Whites, Asians, Cubans, Japanese, Smelly People, Homeless People, Poor People, Rich People, Middle Class People, Republicans, Democrats, Liberterians, Religious People, Cults, Criminals, Moms, Dads, Satan Worshippers. . .
I mean do you get the point? Anything that is truly funny, WILL piss someone off. . .period. . .that particular one I didn't find terribly funny, but I would never suggest that it be removed because it's 'controversial'

Dear admins, I strongly think THIS parody needs to be taken down:
www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/afi21.shtml
There's all kinds of inane comments being posted on there, many of which have hardly anything to do with the parody... and most of the comments involve name-calling and arguing; things that are not very welcoming to site visitors. You could just clear all the comments (as I suspect might've been done before), but that would make the regulars (who are probably not mentally a day over 10 y.o.) wanna post some new immature inane commentary. So the best thing I could think of would be to remove the parody, and if the author (who also seems to call everyone names if they say a thing about A.F.I.) tries to resubmit it, he should get a warning and a possible ban.
Thank you.

Anything that is truly funny, WILL piss someone off. . .period. . .that particular one I didn't find terribly funny, but I would never suggest that it be removed because it's 'controversial'
a lot of people have been beaten and murdered as victims of racist attacks and words like "******" and "camel jockey" were among the last they ever heard.

Hard to tell with TSB sometimes. It appears you are correct though: Takayuki Miyauchi is an original composer for video game music, but the performer of TOS TSB listed is "Ichiro Mizuki". ???
I don't have a vested interest one way or another in this parody by TSB: stay, delete, whatever is fine. I'm just thinking that any parody prefaced by "This parody is written by x"...well, if your name isn't x, then it shouldn't be on the site. We remove repostings of Weird Al's, Bob River's and Bob Ricci's work, proper crediting or not.
Well thats another reason to remove it then. Its not the first time TSB has submitted plagarisms. Why should I put my backbone into writing my own creations when we get these plagarists on here? Its not right nor fair.
It's the only reason to remove it. While TSB's parody doesn't translate into any language I (or Babelfish) knows, it's not a plagiarism: he did credit who wrote it. I don't think the "who" is he (wow, that sounded sorta Dr. Seuss-like...).

Found this parody today, under "Piddlegirl and Tommy Turdle", clearly a mockery of highly esteemed parody-writing team Fiddlegirl and Tommy Turtle. While there was no racism like the majority of mAximo's other work, it is clearly a mockery of TT & FG's work, especially considering the OS choice (a staple of the FG/TT and solo TT parody repetoires), the Shakespeare inspiration and the footnotes- not to mention the name it was submitted under. 8-P
I initially thought it was a self-parody of TT & FG, until I saw the footnotes with no line breaks, totally unlike what I've come to recognize as a hallmark of Tommy Turtle's work, both solo and in duet with Fiddlegirl, then I saw ("(c) MMX mAximo (TM). All rights & wrongs reserved."), and I know that the author mAximo has been banned from AIR due to racism by reading the Bug Watch thread and the threads written by Tommy Turtle regarding this person. mAximo must have some kind of a beef with TT and Fiddlegirl to do something like this, and I don't recall other banned parodists camouflaging themselves as a self-parody of an established author (or authors) before. ::)

EDIT: @ Editors and Admin: Can the link not be deleted from the home page also? I have a rather thick shell, but there is no reason why a lady like Fiddlegirl should have her name mocked as "Piddlegirl" on the home page of this site all weekend (and presumably in the "Last Two Weeks" page, and in the archives forever).
If ChuckyG is not available, and any other Editor has permission to modify the page code, it looks like thirty seconds: Just "delete" the following from the source page of www.amiright.com:

Good morning,
There is a parody posted today under the names of "Fiddlegirl and Tommy Turtle" that I believe to be a forgery.
I have no knowledge of the lyric, and it is not written in TT's inimitable style. Neither is it an OS that either of us would be likely to know.
It may perhaps be from the same person whose parodies have been deleted in the past because of mockery of our names, racial slurs, and other things. This steps the mischief up a notch and compromises the integrity of the site as a whole.
Thank you for your assistance in removing the parody as quickly as possible.

http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/shakira62.shtml
If at all possible, could the IP be checked to see if it matches up with previous DM submissions, and the parody be deleted? I don't want to see a firestorm of hurtful, nonsensical comments like there were throughout 2008 and much of 2009, and I doubt anyone else wants to either. :)

are both songs of hatred, death, and revenge against someone who is apparently a personal acquaintance of the author.
Criticism of celebs, politicians, and other public figures -- right on!
Facetious, good-natured ribbing of our friends here -- done right, it's funny and can be a compliment.
But I don't think the site should be a venue for venting one's anger against someone who, even if not a participant on the site, is just a member of the author's private circle.
This writer seems to have a small catalogue established, with an author page. There is one previous song about this same "Brenda" (the target of the above two). Wouldn't be very noteworthy were it not for the escalation in level of rage in the two linked above. And the author should be warned against future such songs. Thanks.

I guess this has never been done before, but since they have an author page here, http://www.amiright.com/parody/authors/darthpatronus.shtml, a warning could be placed in large, bold (red?) font bannered across the top, advising of the deletions, the reason, and that further violations will result in the banning of the author and the deletion of the author's page. Also, to contact you by PM or e-mail if they have any questions or complaints about the deletion or about site guidelines. (maybe a link to said guidelines). Just an idea ...

Same here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/70s/thedoors56.shtml -- Milder insults, but still a personal attack with the non-famous person's real name.
And this one: http://www.amiright.com/parody/70s/jethrotull54.shtml
Nineteen posts, five of them (and five out of the last six) slamming his (ex-) gf by name. Does the site need this writer? Or at least, put his name on the "watch list" to see if he gets off this kick, or continues it.

Another seven-liner.
Only two actual *lines*.
Six lines.
Eight lines, but one is a repeat, so only seven "unique" lines, as per Guideline count.
http://www.amiright.com/parody/60s/thebeatles2625.shtml Completely omitted the lengthy bridges, twice, plus left off two stanzas and two choruses. Compare TOS:
http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Ticket-To-Ride-lyrics-The-Beatles/6BB98F00D7EB3FDD48256BC2001340AF . "Parody entire song" -- some wiggle room in some songs, depending on version, but this isn't even remotely close -- about 1/4 of TOS parodied.

Razorblade Brunettes has a previous history of songs being removed for being too short or fragments only. (For some reason, couldn't find the previous post in a search of this site.) Some more:
http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/beck4.shtml
Fragment of song, per only commenter. Parody is only*4* lines.
http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/beck3.shtml
DKTOS, but commenter said it was less than half the song and should have been posted in "Fragments". Someone who KTOS should confirm.

Comment:
this is less than a fifth of the original song lines. post yours in the "fragments" section

this is only about a third of the original song lines. should have been posted in the fragments section
Again, someone who KTOS should confirm; if true, remove.

I've heard TOS once or twice. Lyrics here. Definitely only a fragment.
http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/beck1.shtml
Lyrics: http://www.elyrics.net/read/b/beck-lyrics/loser-lyrics.html.
Even *without* the repeat verses at the end, TOS is 32 lines or so, roughly twice the length of the parody.
http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/interpol0.shtml 25 lines
Lyrics: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/interpol/evil.html 50+ lines
Enough. There are better uses of our time than going through the rest of the list (about 139 now), but this writer(s) need to be warned if possible, or else be vetted thoroughly on all future entries. So many writers here go to such great effort to do justice to TOS that it's degrading to all of them, and to the site, to have fragments posted to the Parody section several times a day, most days, for the past four or five months.
Thanks.

I've been deleting a lot of their submissions before they even hit the site, you'd think they'd have figured it out by now. part of the problem of having no contact info submitted along with a parody is that the only way for me to contact an author is to post on their parody and hope they see it. sometimes they do

When Razorblade was new, I tried a welcoming comment, with a suggestion or two, on a couple of his/her/their entries. No response. Scanning a couple dozen entries very quickly, they never respond to comments. Not that they're obligated to, but they seem not to read them. Most votes are 1-1-1 (not from me); someone speculated that this was a child. No comprehension of pacing at all.
Hmmm.... I've posted at some blogs that allow open posting -- no registration, no user/pass required, only an email address that they can validate, and promise not to publish. How much burden would it be to the site (i. e. Admins/Eds) to add that to the Submission Form for all song posters who don't have a registered nick and password? (Edit: realized that even a registered nick is not contact info, so this message should refer to *all* authors. Either sign up here, or furnish a contact e-mail.)
A validation link is an option; I think most such sites have code that, once written, auto-sends the e-mail containing validation link to click or to paste in browser window; upon so doing, that e-mail address is validated. Costs the new user about a minute, one-time only, and they can still choose not to use a password for submissions. Anyone not willing to do that much to get their song posted on *your* site, probably doesn't deserve to, and won't add much to the site (at least, not much that is worthwhile).
But even without the validation process, you then have a way to contact any author for a warning. If that contact bounces, then, say, next time they submit, they get redirected, like the 404 redirects, to a page that tells them to e-mail the Admin before submitting. Then you get a valid email from them.
Either way, you have a real e-mail with which to issue warnings for that or any other reason. And they don't have to register here at 00s or anything.
If someone doesn't want to give an e-mail address for some reason (they don't trust that it won't be sold, etc.)., they could register here instead.
Just an idea.

yeah I know I can add an email address to the submission process... I've avoided it for years, because it seems to be just one more thing to bug people for. don't even want to get into the whole email validation issues of creating real accounts. I've done it before for other things, and it just becomes a hassle of people changing email accounts, forgetting passwords, etc.
I'm going to double check their work, and if they keep submitting crap it'll just keep getting deleted. I've done it before with a couple other people. heck it might even be one I've banned before.

Andria, in all fairness, I've often "kept on running' with an OS - extra stanzas or choruses - when I had lots more of what (I thought) was good material, still paced to TOS. Won't give any specifics here, to avoid further shameless plugging, but one example was a group tribute to the (then-) top 200 writers on the Author page. Used a seven-minute OS, and still had to add extra choruses to work all the names in (yours included :) ). Also, other cases where there was just too much good material. I don't think readers object to that, if it continues to pace to OS verses/choruses.
A missing verse or stanza is a valid deduction on Pacing, so long as they still did most of the song. I've ratted out Razorblade Brunettes for ridiculous things like parodies of only 4 to 8 lines, a fraction of TOS. And I myself got docked by a few readers for "leaving out" some of Do-Re-Mi, even though I worked from OS lytics provided by the US Govt and matched them all.
(Can't trust the Gov!)
Pacing can be subjective, per interpretation or which cover version of an OS, as I've found out many times. It's a voting issue. DK that author, band, or OS, but if they made at least an attempt ... If it's absolutely, totally unrelated to OS, then yes, I'm with you.
None of which alters the fact that you're absolutely right that posting the same parody repeatedly with no differences is good cause for deletion. Cheers!

I feel kinda bad because "gothgal" clearly and admittedly has serious mental/emotional disabilities, but a non-parody is a non-parody.
What may be a more important issue though is how a couple of amiright writers jump on her parodies with lavish praise, probably hoping for positive feedback, when they there is clearly very little humor involved as the vast majority of the lyrics are part of a "real" popular song which in one case is one of the most emotionally charged singles to come out in a long time. And TEOTH is a bit cheesy but certainly not hilarious. So odds are they're making a mockery of the feedback system, and not the good sort of mockery that amiright is dedicated to providing and facilitating.

Ethan, you've been around here a long time. You know that the issue of being a Five-wh*re (just made that up, but it fits) in the hopes of quid-pro-quo has been a longstanding issue. It certainly cheapens the value of "real" feedback, including "real" Fives. But that's an issue for another thread. However, I do intend to contact one or two of those commenters privately, because I don't think they're deliberately making a mockery of the system, but just misguided, in an attempt to be popular.
Fortunately, TT has never had to worry about being too popular. ;D (Speaking one's own mind truthfully eliminates that issue. ) Cheers.

I must delete a half dozen Razorblade "parodies" every day... figures I was suffering from Monday morning fatigue to even catch it this morning.
I know banning isn't always effective, but have you at least tried it on Razorblade Brunettes? No reason to be burdened with that many deletions every day.
This other parody by Karl Hook Willers seems to be an attack parody on Red Ant, who has done far more good for this site than KHW has probably done for the whole world in his entire life, such as it is.
And this one by KHW has 20 lines to about a 58-line OS.
Haven't seen this Willers name before -- best to nip it in the bud, eh?
Question: When deleting a song, how about also deleting the link on the home page (and the "Last Two Weeks" page, which I assume would follow automatically)? Main reason is I fear the effect on new visitors, who might click a few links, get the "404" message, and wonder WT- is up with this site -- and leave.
Minor reason is that such "authors" don't deserve the prestige of having their nicks and non-parodies posted on the home page. An even more minor, but not trivial, reason is that it crowds the home page and distracts from legit writers who spend a lot of time on their work.
From my browser's view source, it looks as easy as doing a Find for "razor", then deleting this line:
<div class="parodyNewLinkRow">"<a href="/parody/misc/rem5.shtml" class="parodyNewLink">Youtube Song</a>" by Razorblade Brunettes<div class="parodyNewLinkOriginal">Originally: "Radio Song" by <span class="parodyNewOrigPerf">REM</span></div></div>
Save, exit. 30 seconds, tops. Repeat for Willers.
It would be a lot more work to delete the listings from, say, Razorblade's Author page (another reason to stop Karl Hook Willers before he gets his own page), but ATM, Razor shows 196 songs (or "0.196 Malcolms"), of which probably 1/4 to 1/2 are, or should be, deleted. Again, it's undeserved ranking on the Author page. But I'll bet you could easily write a little script that, upon deletion of a song from the home page, deletes it from the writer's Author page as well -- because surely you already have a script that extracts the new listings from the home page and *adds* them to the writer's Author page. Just add a "Delete" function to it, along with the "Add to author page" function. >ubergeek< (not really - >dilettante< is more accurate!)
OMG, I just looked @ RBlade's listings: song named "Red Ant". Half-trib, half-attack, but attacks ChuckyG for blocking spam.
I suppose I (or someone, or a committee) should go through all 196 Razorblade "parodies" and cull them, but whatever AIR time is available, I'd rather spend writing my own + reading and v/c-ing other *real* parodies by *real* writers.

I usually do re-run the index page updater to remove the deleted parodies, I just forgot last night. Usually the deletion process takes care of all the assorted stuff, and if not the next morning's updates take care of the rest.

I posted a comment on this parody: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/veggietalestv6.shtml, and commented on the nonsensical and overall poor quality of the parody. Upon googling the OS since I know nothing about Veggietales, the OS is much longer. http://www.metrolyrics.com/pizza-angel-lyrics-veggie-tales.html. Not to mention that the parody doesn't even seem to fit with what I saw on Metrolyrics. ::)
So it seems to be a candidate for deletion or moving to parody fragments to me, hence me putting it on the messageboard for consideration, but as I said on AmIRight, I will defer to Chucky and Red Ant as to whether or not it should be deleted.

OS is 40+ lines sung, not counting spoken ones. On top of that, the parody on its face violates the Submission Guideline requirement that a parody must have at least ten unique lines.
The 2005 copyright date was a little curious, but it's possible that the author wrote in back then, with or without publishing it anywhere. Anyway, yeah, that's one for the "delete" button. Thanks for your frequent monitoring to keep the site quality up. (Karma)

Thanks for the karma, TT, and you're absolutely welcome. :)
Found another POS parody from Razorblade Brunettes, http://www.amiright.com/parody/misc/thesmiths0.shtml, which constitutes a poorly paced fragment of the OS in comparison with YouTube and these lyrics: http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/this-charming-man-lyrics-the-smiths/845a1d6974341249482568ab0026e7b5. ::)
I believe that this one should be trashed since it is not a parody of the complete OS or even an abridged radio version (of which none exists for this song), but it's Chucky's decision since I only comment, vote and every so often write a parody or compete in a contest, I'm not an admin or AIR editor, nor do I want to be. (For one, Andria doesn't have time to edit AIR or anything else...) :)

Another Veggietales parody similar to the last one I reported to this thread... according to lyrics I obtained online, the parody is largely plagiarized lyrics, with the chorus and intro changed, a few words changed or adlibbed. This isn't a parody in my eyes, but as usual, I'll leave it up to Chucky to determine whether or not it should stay.
BTW, with the copyright date being years ago and the same original artist, could this have been the same guy who did the partial parody of Veggietales' "Pizza Angel", under another name?

Lots of nasty stereotypes, and I think it's borderline racist. The reference to Nazis doesn't help either.
The author, Broabetes, is new to AmIRight and has not yet written anything racially sensitive, and I hope he doesn't write any more stuff like this.
I know that many other authors have written about Judaism before, and all the racist, stereotyping or offensive parodies have been removed, especially ones about the Nazis and what they did, so this one should at least be considered for review and trashed if Chucky G decides it needs to be.

Erik "Taz" Mokracek posted three copies of one song on the same day, and I see that two have been removed. However, his other post, to a different OS, has the exact same parody words. The proof that it was copy/paste is that the typo of "Repeat o Fade" (vs. "Repeat to fade") was in both.

Some Weird Al parodies take considerable liberties with the structure of the song, to the extent that although he makes it work with his instrumentation, it wouldn't scan properly when performed to the original backing track. So it is possible to do a parody that fits better with the Weird Al version than the original version. But I do agree with the general idea that there's not much point of doing a parody of a parody song because it will likely not be nearly as funny as the Weird Al version and when the OS is funnier than the parody that tends to defeat the purpose.

In the introduction, the author calls for a "parody war" -- a slew of attack parodies.
The "parody" itself criticizes the site and many members, which is the author's right, but not with facts -- highly desirable -- nor even civilly, which is required. It's all hate speech, with no humor to temper it.
This author repeatedly says that he cares nothing for pacing; doesn't even try; doesn't even think it matters. We can quibble over minor pacing issues from time to time, but if it isn't a good-faith attempt to use the melody and meter (pacing) of TOS -- if you don't even try to overlay the parody on TOS - then it in fact isn't a parody; it's a new original song.
Please be assured that I'm not the only one who has no desire to post his/her creations on the same page with 16 non-paced, non-parodies by this author. Others have communicated the same sentiments privately.
Please consider deleting this parody, and consider either warning or banning this blight on the site that makes the site look foolish, and lowers its quality, reputation, and drawing power. Thank you.

ATTACK PARODIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
No exceptions. There's not going to be any "parody wars". This a rule the site was founded on. If I see any more parodies like this, I will just ban the authors making them, and bans are permanent.
Because of the large volume of submissions by this alleged author - 15-20 on Mondays, and 5-8 per day the rest of the week, there's a good chance he won't see your comment.
Perhaps when reviewing today's (Wednesday's) submissions by Robert Arndt, Jr., if any make it through the review process, repeat your warning comment as the first comment at each of them? ... If you like the idea, but it doesn't reach you in time, just do it with his Thursday subs. Or all week, until he acknowledges. Apparently, there's no other contact info or way to warn him, correct?
Also: It was suggested to me that Arndt and the commenter named "Hammerhead", seen often at Arndt posts, are one and the same, due to certain stylistic elements. Of course you need not make the information public, but if the IP addresses match, it would be additional reason to ban the author of the comment that I reported at the above "parody",

Is this *really* OK?
It may be "urban slang", but I can think of a lot of other slang, urban or otherwise, that could be offensive to many people.
I can probably give you the Latin or Teutonic origin of most of our four-letter, Anglo-Saxon obscenities, but I would either omit the four-letter words or asterisk them if used in a parody.
Admin viewpoint?

Parody is an attack toward AmIRight and CG, and the author admits to ban evasion in this and his other parodies, as well as in comments replying to my comments referencing his previous ban under the name "Razorblade Brunettes". Note my original post in my Razorblade Brunettes thread (quoted below) detailing the author's openly admitting to ban evasion, attack comments directed at me and improbable excuse behind being able to post under another name.
He/she/it/they have returned as "A Room Full of Spectacles", have been admitting to being banned from AIR in some of their parodies, and are under the impression that just their username is banned when one is banned from a site. I have no idea what they are talking about as far as AIR's "rules of the name", hopefully CG or another administrator of AIR can clarify this... there is also a sarcastic direct hit at me ("Lotz of luv from Andria") when I was telling it like it is in comments to some of their parodies, they think I am saying bad things about the author and their parodies when I am not.

As the only commenter notes, the brief disclaimers in the intro and outro (which few people read, *trust me*) don't make up for a parody consisting of nothing but hate speech, stereotypes, and religious slurs.
*Maybe* if it had been put in context -- what some neo-Nazi skinheads were singing as they marched through Skokie, IL a while back -- it could be more easily seen as a skewering of said Neos. As is, it's pure hate.

"She's So Fine" merely takes The Chiffons' "He's So Fine" and changes the gender from female singer POV to male singer POV, merely changing the pronouns from "he's" to "she's". Author pretends to wash them through the George Harrison plagiarism suit over the melody, which is irrelevant. When 99% of TOS lyrics are kept, the Fair Use exemption threshold isn't met. This isn't parody; it's plagiarism.
Proof: Lots of non-parody covers of pop tunes have been done by singers of the opposite gender from the first artist, merely adjusting the gender refs. Those aren't parodies; they're covers.
Only example that comes to mind ATM is Linda Ronstadt's cover of The Everly Brothers' "When Will I Be Loved". The only change:
Everly Bros: "When I meet a new girl that I want for mine.."
Ronstadt: "When I find a new man that I want for mine..."
Not sure if "meet/find" is transcriber error (very quick web search for lyrics), but even if not, changing "meet" to "find" still doesn't make Fair Use out of merely changing "girl" to "man", which is what the parody in question did. Ronstadt neither parodied nor plagiarized The EB's song; she covered it, paying appropriate royalties, of course. "mouselover" claimed the "new" lyrics as his own.
Can't think of any more ATM, but someone could post thousands of "parodies" by just changing gender.
At Admin's discretion: If you have a PM, e-mail, or other way to contact this new, 11-song author, perhaps a warning to this newcomer before deleting? Else, perhaps a warning posted at the song for a day or two, to let author know why deleted? Or just delete it, before the lawyers for the current owners of "He's So Fine" start sending nasty letters.
p. s. This could actually be a fun game or quiz in the right venue, here or at AIR: "Name as many songs as you can that have been covered with the gender POV reversed". I can't remember any more ATM, but then, if my name weren't alliterative, I'd have a hard time remembering that.* :(
* Good thing I have a free, portable, super-encrypted username/password manager that not only stores them securely, on disk or flash drive, but also auto-types them in the fields. Old saying in ITsec: Any password you can remember is worthless.

Nothing wrong with doing what the author calls "a parody of a parody" -- it's been called a "spin-off" or "follow-up" for as long as I've been here -- but this one mis-credits the inspirer vs. the OS title and performer.
The first parody, which inspired the one in question:
http://www.amiright.com/parody/70s/kraftwerk0.shtml
Original Song Title: "Autobahn"
Original Performer: Kraftwerk
Parody Song Title: "A Boa Hunt"
Parody Written by: Susanna Viljanen
The second parody, with improper credits:
Original Song Title: "Boa Hunt"
Original Performer: Susanna Viljanen
Parody Song Title: "U-Boat Hunt"
Parody Written by: Robert D. Arndt Jr.
Implication is that Susanna wrote or performed TOS, which would be an unfair accusation of plagiarism against Susanna rather than parody. For Susanna's sake, this second parody should be removed. Author of the new parody perhaps could resubmit with proper OS credit, and, as some of us often do, credit in the intro: "Inspired by S. V's parody etc. etc."
Also, the parody in question misstates the first parody's title, anyway. "A Boa Hunt", not "Boa Hunt".

I PM'd about this a few days ago, but this typo-riddled* parody of mine is still up and taunting me with its you-forgot-to-spellcheck-like-usual-ness. That's a thing now, shaddup.
*I say "riddled", it's only, like, three errors but I have standards, dagnabbit!

Not a parody lyric submission per se, but this one doesn't appear to be a valid comedy recording:

By browsing on the site at random, looking for some parody lyrics to read, perhaps? :P
Anyway, found another entry worth scrutinising, as it's just the original song with a few words changed and bad formatting to boot:

Cute idea to change the title from name of one TV-theme songwriter to another one, but that doesn't make for an original parody.
Compare OS here:
Mike Post Theme
The Who
We're not strong enough!
We're not young enough!
We're not long enough,
Not cold enough
Emotionally we're not even old enough!
Late at night, we're in a video-game dream,
There is no lover in this numbered scene
We summon every childhood ghost we've seen,
Then suddenly we hear that Mike Post Theme,
Everything is alright (ba-do-ba)
We pray today (ba-ba-ba-do-ba)
Everything is OK (ba-do-ba)
We play today
Late at night, on the underground train,
Through endless suburbs in endless pain,
Then deep in the tunnel under the London rain,
Suddenly we hear Mike Post Again,
Everything is alright (ba-do-ba)
We pray today (ba-ba-ba-do-ba)
Everything is OK (ba-do-ba)
We play today
We watch those films,
That make men cry,
Young lovers kiss,
Then fight, and die,
We start to yearn, we climb the vine,
We have to face the truth sometime.
We're not strong enough!
We're not young enough!
We're not long enough,
Not cold enough
Emotionally we're not even old enough!
Well late at night we found our racing team,
We're faced with women and reality games,
We feel alive,
We feel new and blind,
We're hearing Mike Post in the air this time
Everything is alright (ba-do-ba)
We pray today (ba-ba-ba-do-ba)
Everything is OK (ba-do-ba)
We play today
We watch those films,
That make men cry,
Young lovers kiss,
Then fight, and die,
We start to yearn, we climb the vine,
We have to face the truth sometime

Here's the original--
I wanna go get down
You wanna come with me?
My moves are world-renowned
So good you won't believe
Oh, oh, oh
All right Some people, they got the big brains
They make all the computer games
Some people, they look so sexy
Pop and fizzle like a Pepsi
Some people, they got the money
Drive around in Lamborghinis
I don't need any of those things
I just wanna dance like a motherfudgeer, yeah
I wanna go get down
You wanna come with me?
My moves are world-renowned
So good, you won't believe
Oh, oh, oh
Dance with me, dance with me, please
I'm gonna shake my butt, yeah, that's a guarantee
My moves are such good luck, you'll win the lottery
Oh, oh, oh
Dance with me, dance with me, please
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Come on, please?
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Come on (dance with me, please)
Or are you scared of these boogie feet?
Some people, seem mean and nasty
But I think they're just unhappy
The body needs a good shakin'
To let the brain fill up with the good vibrations
I wanna go get down
You wanna come with me?
My moves are world-renowned
So good, you won't believe
Oh, oh, oh
Dance with me, dance with me, please
I'm gonna shake my butt, yeah, that's a guarantee
My moves are such good luck, you'll win the lottery
Oh, oh, oh
Dance with me, dance with me, please
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Beg for it (dance with me, please)
Come on, please?
Dance with me (dance with me, please)
Come on (dance with me, please)
Or are you scared of these boogie feet?
Why waste your time in your mind?
There's no wrong, there's no right
Koo koo bananas unite (you got it)
Life's a hello, a goodbye
The last laugh, then you die
I boogie 'cause I'm alive (you got it)
Are you scared of these boogie feet?

On a related note, wonder of Chucky could implement a duplicate detector similar to a tool made for Wikipedia to check for plagiarism. Like, crawl MetroLyrics or AZLyrics for original lyrics and check the parody if it resembles the original too much.

So here's a weird thing I discovered on the toilet: multiple plagiarisms! It's odd, too; adding "verse 1" type markings, having the original performer be a cover version, copying the second half of the intro comment but not the bottom comment...anyway, here's the list
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/crowntheempire0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/maroon57.shtml)
- this one also deletes most of Wiz Khalifa's verse (like those radio stations scared of the hippity-hop) and includes the "ring, ring, motherf***er" from the original cover
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/memphismayfire8.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/brunomars27.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/adaytoremember0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/thefray28.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/ourlastnight0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/taylorswift71.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/silverstein0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/onerepublic15.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/setitoff0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/arianagrande3.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/palisades0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/pharrellwilliams3.shtml)
http://www.amiright.com/parody/2010s/forallthosesleeping0.shtml (original version here: http://www.amiright.com/parody/2000s/taylorswift36.shtml)
That last one is interesting for two reasons: 1) it's the only one not stolen from me and 2) it has a comment saying "It appears that you are putting.a great.deal of effort in your parodies"...that's either sad or a shill.
Also interesting is the other three parodies they posted today, the titles of which being Tension, There's a Good and Stealer.

I saw your post on that page. It does read that way, but I see the context and the satire being attempted (mentioning Epstein was the major tell). Not a fine work of art, but I don't see it as a proponent either. I also just now caught the punny author name (PIZZA-GATES --if you aren't aware, that is one of the major components of the QANON bull pucky conspiracy). Writer is pretty damned clever. "Little Girls" by Oingo Boingo is another example of an easily misunderstood biting satire on the subject.
