Subject: Ruffus with a hat on??????

I'm trying to find a song that had what I thought was a chorus "Rufus with a hat on"
The style of music was very similar to K-os's Crab bucket as I recall.
Any help with this would be great, as this long is on continues loop in my head and won't be shook out!
