I think I do. Esp. Fashion from the 1860s. Poofy dresses and elaborate hairstyles are my thing. Lol!

I think it's kinda nice (from a guy's point of view). :)
For the past 30+ years my mom has been getting these Cynthia Hart Victoriana wall calendars; many instances of fashion can be seen in the various pictures on those.

Don't care for it. Very impractical and almost certainly uncomfortable.

Yes they were. Scratchy wool, etc. Buttoned up to the very neck. Especially the men's. And keep in mind, they wore all this year round, regardless of hot weather or humidity. It is well known the Victorian era is synonymous with repression, restraint, chastity, etc.
Also, keep in mind with hoop skirts, bustles, etc, there wasn't a whole lot of sitting down. Too much metal going on underneath.
Queen Victoria:

One question, How were those women supposed to use the bathroom? Must've been a pain trying to peel off all those layers. :o

Like I said, these fashions were utterly impractical.

I probably wouldn't want to live in that period.

I probably wouldn't want to live in that decade.
It wasn't a decade. It was the period in England during the reign of Queen Victoria, from 1837 to 1901.

Women also had to wear THESE under their garments. Not very comfortable, to say the least. Children were made to wear them also to improve posture.

Probably so, to get them to stay in place.
