Took a quick listen to the sample...
I'll speculate this song is from the 70's not the 60's based on the specific way it sounds. The arrangement sounds like a early to mid 70's Soul arrangement. But I can't identify it. :-\\
I'm guessing it's an album cut. It's hard to pinpoint the vocalist.
