Well somebody picked it. I picked "Crying In the Rain" myself along with "Telstar", "Green Onions", "Walk Right In", and "Return to Sender"----gosh, it's starting to occur to me that maybe I am a fan of the King's music!

Yes...I saw your choices and that's when I realized that I must not have hit the button for the Everly's song.

The Belmonts w/o Dion. The best of late period Doo-Wop. The arrangment is more sophiscated than at first blush. Times were still innocent enough to do a great pop song about real teenage heartbreak, but far along enough in the 1960s to go straight up, not watered down. Great stuff. Almost forgotten. I had this on a radio mix tape when I was eleven. The video doesn't have anything to do with the song itself.

What a collection!
I know it's kind of late but I picked:
Big Girls Don't Cry - 4 Seasons
Breakin' up is Hard to Do - Sedaka
Twistin' the Night Away - Sam Cooke
Up on the Roof - Drifters (I love this song!)
He's so Fine - Chiffons
