To commemorate his 50th Birthday, I shall ask...have you ever seen the Hanna-Barbera cartoons of Loopy de Loop?

Or...have you heard of him?

I've seen Loopey de Loop on Boomerang as filler a few times. It was a Little Red Riding Hood parody, which the characters of the story thought Loopy de Loop was bad.
