Subject: anyone remember " "Givin' Up" a song from late 60's

I can't remember who did it. Was not a song
you heard on radio alot. (Not a Pop tune) It was a slow, saddish song...
like a ballad kind of. A Guy Group..... What group did this song???????
I just remember the lyrics:
Givin Up, is so hard to do.....Give it up.....
Then also:
The way she touches me, keeps me warm inside (?)
"And I can't get away........(blah blah blah) Givin Up, Is So hard to do.....Give it up
