Banana Splits to return

Guessing it'll probably be in CGI and be in the style of today's pop and/or rap ::)

Much like how George of the Jungle and Eek! the Cat (aka Chowder...though not really) got "loonatic'd" ::) 8-P

Not sure if it would even be a hit since today's kids probably don't have clue about it or most Hanna Barbera (ugh, now Cartoon Network Studios) cartoon character besides Scooby and/or The Flinstones (as cereal & vitamin mascots).

I have had this theme song in my head for 35 years! You can watch some stuff on youtube, which I do with my 5 year old now and again.

I watched heavily editted versions of Banana Splits early in the mornings around the early/mid 90s. What I saw of it didn't impress me even though I wanted it to. I think it was just too dated for me.

I liked the cartoons and shows the best... The Arabians Nights (size...of an elephant), Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn (I think that one was in it), Treasure Island (with a young Jan Michael Vincent...I think).... :)
