Subject: Monotonous clock

I'm almost sure that there is a tune by the name of "Monotonous clock" that I use to hear back in the 60's. There was a cartoon hour or half hour at noon during the summer that would start the show with this tune. I'm sure I was about 5 or 6 years old at the time. Of course at the time I did not know the name...just discovered it some years back. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember just little bits of that show....The theme but as to the shows content ?????
But I'll consult the expert today & get back to you!
That show ran around the same time Captain kangaroo was going!
I'd guess & say "Randy Dandy".but I may be wrong!
