That's probaly because most of them are either dead, or (to their credit) have quit. :-\\
Just food for thought.

What you don't see anymore is that was a cool thing to do was the French inhale, you let smoke drift out of your mouth and inhale it up into your nose and then out you mouth again...try it if your a smoker.
In one scene, Frenchy the did it in the movie Grease.

So that's why she's called Frenchy. I don't think I'd ever heard that term before. Not sure what we called smoke out through the mouth, in through the nose thing

I quit smoking about 3 years ago, but when I did smoke, I did that all the time.

I used to think smoke rings were cool. I remember trying to do them myself, but never could. I still smoke, but I don't do any fancy stuff.
YES, I would like to quit soon.

It was a common thing to do, but your face smelt like nicotine and making out with a smoker was bad enough and the added face smell supported birth control. Some dudes could do that with their ears and some can blow smoke out their eyes, I've seen it!

I quit smoking tobacco March 1, 1973...I started smoking a pack a day of Lucky Strikes at 13 and thanks to pneumonia, I quit when I was 26, half my life...thank God for that sickness otherwise I think I'd still be smoking or dead.
The last time I bought a pack of cigarettes they cost me 42 cents.

I remember when I was 14 a friend of mine taught himself to blow smoke rings. He was so pleased he got home and told his parents he'd learnt to do this really cool thing. He had to hastily make something up when they asked him to demonstrate! ;D

Yeah, I smoke. :-[ Could never really blow smoke rings (at least when I'm trying to). As for blowing smoke out of your nose, I always thought that was nasty and never did it.

I tried it a couple of times, and it would sting and make my eyes water.

Yeah, that happened to me when I first started smoking, but it doesn't bother me at all now. I do it lots : )
And sometimes I blow smoke from the sides of my mouth (putting my lips together in the middle but open at the ends) so if you look at me from behind, I look like Ichi the Killer. LMAO
