I cast my vote for Scarborough Fair/Canticle, though if "The Boxer" was listed that would have received my vote, because any song that uses "lie" ~300 times as a lyric and doesn't get on my nerves is a remarkable accomplishment (plus, the rest of the song is great).

"Scarborough Fair" is the one I like best. I actually learned how to play it on the piano when I began taking lessons. Little did I realize at the time that S&G had performed it many moons earlier.

Mine is definately 'The Boxer'. It's a classic.
I liked all the songs from the 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' album, particularly 'Baby Driver' and 'So Long, Frank Lloyd Wright'.
