Subject: Bostonians/easterners late 60's-70 band

Hi,
Just heard of this band but wondering if they really were a good group:

Late67-70 called: Travis Pike's Tea Party

Were they memorable top 40 or just regional?
Claims to have 200 original songs and were a hit in rock and roll but I can't even recall the name.

Went to their site but do not know them. DO YOU?? :-\\
