Audrey Hepburn appeared uncredited in The Ladykillers so that would be my favourite AH film.

Which version of The LadyKillers ? I found 2004 version, but Audrey Hepburn is not around by then....

"Wait Until Dark". I've never seen it but Bravo television did a "100 Scariest Movies of All Time" special this past October and I believe that movie was in the top 15. I hope to check it out sometime.
As for my Audrey, favorite I'm going with "Breakfast at Tiffany's". But I really only like its first and last 3 minutes. What's in between is...well...just not as good.
