Subject: an old board game from the 60s

It's this old game that was found called Nemo. I'm not really sure what the point to this game is since it has no directions on how to play, only a zodiac board and some playing cards. It isn't a kids game it looks more like it was meant for adults or teenagers. Does anyone remember this?
