My choice: Goofy :P
IMO, I find his cartoons (except the ones with Mickey & Donald) dumb & unfunny.
No offense to Goofy fans. :)

Dick Tracy Cartoon Show - It used to come on early in the morning(reruns) and i didn't care too much for it.

It was a dead heat between Little Audrey and Sniffles The Mouse. Sniffles was just a wee bit more annoying. :P

I'm sure that someone's going to throw something at me for this but, I'm going with Mickey Mouse. (I always preferred Bugs and the gang to Disney)

You're intitled to your opinion. :)
Though I agree that Looney Tunes are better & funnier than Disney cartoons.
I'll admit that I only like a few Disney shorts are most are from Donald Duck.

Most of the "Famous Studios" era Popeye... not as good like the Fleischer era Popeye from the '30's & '40's
Another dishonorable mention: A couple Irwerks cartoons like "Mary's Little Lamb", "Old Mother Hubbard", and "Flip the Frog", most from the '30's.
And the mentioned Harveytoons.

I like Goofy! Sorry to say this but Casper the Friendly Ghost gets my vote, ditto with Baby Huey.

I voted for Casper. Never cared for that show. I have to admit that I used to watch Batfink as a kid and thought it was funny. I'm glad to see someone else remembers it.
