Ed Wood's defining moment. The greatest movie ever made!
Who says the big name in a movie can't be replaced by the director's, girlfriend's chiropractor??

ToddR Rocks !
Ed Wood Fan here. 8) ;D
I was drawn to Ed Wood because of his tenacity and zest for filmmaking - even if it meant the lowest budget, hokiest technics and unknown actors. He was happy. That's what it's all about. ;D
Someone who was so driven to make films, someone born across the river from where I was born.He also seemed to deal with his transvestism in a much more daring way than others at that time did. But he died young, I know he was an alcoholic.
Oh, Plan Nine - I have it on DVD and the documentary is long and great !(Mine's not angora covered, though :'()
I have "Hollywood Rat Race" Wood wrote it in , I believe 1970 (too lazy to verify) for aspiring actors -How To Live Cheaply in Hollywood. It's a real kick to read.I've lived in Hollywood myself and acted there so I enjoy reading Wood's dated advice.
