Written By: randbfan23 on 06/12/02 at 11:00 p.m.

Who does everyone like in the 70 or the 60s, I liked Al Pacino's stuff, and I saw Jack Nicholson's earlier stuff, and he was a pretty good and young actor.

Five Easy Pieces, Chinatown, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.  This man was amazing in the 70s, and still wasn't completely in the 'Jack' persona.

Both John Cazale and Pacino - Dog Day Afternoon was an amazing film.  So sad that John Cazale died while in his prime.

His best work was undoubtedly in the 50s (hence the picture) yet he still did some fine work in the 70s.

I am surprised no one has mentioned him yet.

As for female:

Her work in The Deer Hunter - admittedly as small part is amazing.

Also: Karen Black and Jodie Foster (couldn't be bothered getting pics).

I have to nominate Richard Dreyfuss. "Goodbye Girl" is one of my favorite 70's, as is JAWS.... ;D

I had the mega-hots for Bill Bixby. Call me strange but I loved everything he did (except for Rich Man, Poor Man because he play a "bad" person in it).
