I had to really think about this because I like 5 of them but what good is a poll if you can vote for all your favorites so I had to narrow it down to my top two.

Truth is I would watch the first two Superman Movies back to back every day for a week and I'd watch Lois & Clark before I watched any other superman series so I chose Christopher Reeve and Dean Cain.

I liked Dean Cain as Superman, but I didn't like him as Clark Kent.  The whole premise is supposed to be when Superman is Clark Kent, he's a nerdy geek, to which Cain was not. 

On the Animnated series, I thought Tim Daly did a fantastic job. 

A third choice for me would be George Newbern (You know, that guy from Adventures in Babysitting).  He was the voice of Superman in the Justice League cartoon from 2001-2006

One for Other could also be Danny Dark who was the  voice of Superman on the classic SuperFriends from 1973 - 1986

Another one I forgot is the great Adam Baldwin (from Firefly, Chuck and the classic films 'D.C. Cab' and 'Next of Kin') who was the voice of Superman in the animated film 'Superman: Doomsday' and the recent PC/PS3 exclusive game 'DC Universe Online'

What was neat about that game was though it was based on the Superman character as a whole, the music was based on the John Williams score from 1978.

It is a well loved classic, and seems to have since been branded as the official Superman theme.  I'm so used to it that when I  watch the old George Reeves Superman, I always remark how it's just not the same without the John Williams theme lol
