Subject: The first time you've ever joined a message board...

The very first message board that I've ever joined was a nick.com message board for the tv show Hey, Arnold. My username was onairdare (reference to the Nick show of the same name). I joined that message board in 2002, when I was eleven years old. It was very exciting for me at the time.
What's the first message board you've ever joined? When did you join, and what was your username?

The first messageboard I ever joined was 80sxchange.com and was a regular there for a few years before ultimately getting banned at my own request because I just didn't like the way that place was run. You had to watch what you say for fear of having posts removed, and in their board games section, you were only allowed 1 post per topic per day.
I eventually found this place, and I have been here ever since.

For me with was easternuswx.com (now American Weater Forums) in 2005; I got banned twice before I was unable to create a new account because I "weenied" too much in terms of playing with the weather forecasts.

Not sure, I used to go into AOL/Yahoo chat rooms going back to the late '90s. I know I was a member of some xbox board back in 2001, that may have been the first message board, my account was actually still there last time I checked.
