I've been trying to track some of these down for ages.  Instrumentals are the hardest things to identify online, especially when all you have to go on is the memory of having heard the original on the radio.

I won't include any dance / club anthems as there are far too many.

So that just leaves me with some corny yet nostalgic offerings from... :D
