Lamb Chop was popular since the 1960's with a few tv shows, specials, and recently has some what of a cult following in You Tube with countless spoofs (even more so than Kermit).

Yes, Sherri Lewis passed on a few years ago from cancer I believe.

Not to be a total nerd, but I didn't really like Lamb Chop. She scared me a little.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the sock, but there's a few YouTube parodies I liked like the cooking show and the "Numa" Lamb Chop.
