Hidey ho, all. It's been a while. :D
I'm going crazy trying to remember the original name of the Scrubbing Bubbles cleaner. They were just the little mascot dudes, it wasn't called Scrubbing Bubbles. Anyone remember? Or anyone have better luck Googling than I have?

From what I can find, the cleaner was originally called "Dow Bathroom Cleaner"
It contained "Oxygenated Solvents" who were later called Scrubbing Bubbles.
Dow sold this product to SC Johnson & Son.

Yes, that was it. My mom used this stuff when we were young...I remember looking at the can quickly and thinking that it said, "scrubbing babies" ;D

I remember when it was called Dow. I like it better as Dow
