i think Madonna did, by the way. she looks gorgeous in that style. and she's worn that look alot through out the years....
i also think Deborah looks beautiful in those two photos. The best she's ever looked, in my opinion, and she looks very authentic, like she could have been an actress from those times....
i absoultely love janet, but i really don't like this look on her. she looks kind of trashy in those pictures....
i think Chritsina looks great in this look, but it seems to me that she kind of ripped it from Madonna.
I love Mariah with the Veronica Lake 'do, but she looks not too hot in the other photo. She could use alot less makeup.....

I would have to say: either Madonna or Christina Aguilera....although they have very similiar styles...but pulled it off well.

Madonna though hats off to Christina too. I think Dita Von Teese does it the best though!

I gotta say, although I love Janet's homage to Dorothy Dandridge, I have to give it up to Deborah Gibson. she was the only one i didn't recognize on site and in those pics she really looks like she walked right out of that era
