They started back in the 70's and you can still get them today. Who likes them? Who doesn't like them. Who has a whole drawer full of them? :)

How can you not love them? One confession: when I was very small - like 3 or 4, my older sisters always had LipSmackers, and I used to eat them! I think about that now and instantly get sick, but at the time I thought they were great. Of course my sisters were always furious with me. Bubble gum has always been my favorite. Both for eating and for glossing. ;D

The grape was fabulous for the multipurpose use. I used to go through one of those a week. (Flavor depending on preference that week) I wouldn't eat it exactly ::))

Gosh...I used to eat them too! haahah!! I used to have TONS of them when I was young. I loved at Christmastime, they would have that candy cane tube full of the Bonnie Bell Lip Smackers....that was a fun thing to get in my stocking! :)

Oh yea, I remember! It was awhile ago though, so I don't remember the flavors, but I do remember having one that was alot bigger than the others and it was Dr. Pepper flavored.

There has been several chocolate flavored ones. They have M&M flavored out.

I know of a lot of kids who have eaten them, most consider it kind of a right of passage. I think Bonnie Bell takes that in to consideration, there is nothing toxic in them.

oh I knew that lol. why go around eating lip gloss though, its just funny to me.
In any case, I liked all of the lip smackers flavors but DrPepper was the best one, I remember it tasting more like root beer though.

Ah yes, Bath and Body Works. I have Tutti Dolci's Lemon Meringue. That stuff is good, but it's a little bit too sticky.
