Part of a larger body of "Kennedy" work Fisk was doing.  This episode involves a pentecostal radio preacher screaming about Chappaquidick and then going about Ted Kennedy and the gay agenda.
The voice sounds sort of like Zell Miller with a sore throat.  Some things he says:
"'The car accidentally went over the cliffa,  and I couldn't help out it, an' I couldn't get her out!,' I coulda believed him, I coulda felt sorry for 'im, but the way he done it, ah caint, feel sorry!  I don't think he shoudl be in the senate, I think he should be behind prison bars!  If I'd done the same thing, my friend, they woulda nailed my hide to the, to the WALL!  I'd I'd never see the daylight on the outside again my friend!"
"I....ah wouldn' doubt when his momma went to the electiona pollas shed did-a-pull the other lever an' vote for the other guy!
"It don't really matter how I feel about it, Honey, because the  lord, he feels worse about it than I do!  He's gonna be you're judge when you get up there and say 'well I went and got me a man,' He's gonna say, 'Didn't I tell y'all to marry a woman?'  An' you'd say 'Now, Lord, you forgive me for this!, the preacher say you'd forgive me forth this, and I went and I preached in your name, told you godd I was!'
You know what He's gonna say?
He's gonna say,
'Forget it, I didn't forgive you."
Let me run that buy you one more time, and then I'm gonna pray for ya!
He's gonna say he didn't forgive you.  JUST FORGET IT!  HE'S GOT A PLACE THAT'S HOT FOR YA!"

It's just demonic!  The kind of Pentecostal wailing you hear on short wave or maybe am radio, only really condensed it horrifying fragments, and underneath he's got these tape collages of really eerie Cinema undtorne orchestral music!
Really freaky sh*t!

This turns out to have increased its political cache over time.  This preacher recorded in perhaps 1980 portends the social and political attitudes in the ensuing Ronald Reagan Administration.  The preacher's attitudes are ones we are far more familiar with today than people twenty-five years ago.  This was the voice of the Christian Right that had been churning below mainstream since the 1960s.
